Purposes and Legal Bases
The contact form collects name, email, phone, and message to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only activated with your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Server access logs are recorded on the basis of legitimate interest for system security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data Processors
We share data with the following vetted processors: website hosting (FusionLot, EU servers), email delivery (Resend, Inc., protected by Standard Contractual Clauses), and analytics with consent (Google LLC, protected via EU-US Data Privacy Framework). No processor may use your data for their own purposes.
Data Retention
Contact form data is kept for up to two years or until the matter is resolved, whichever is sooner. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Server access logs are deleted after 90 days.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object (Arts. 15-21 GDPR). Submit a request to info@msf-energy.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).
